RETURNS OF PURCHASE FOR RUCKPACK COMBAT NUTRITION
Team RuckPack guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will buy that product back. All products may be returned within 30 days from the date of your order from ruckpack.com or payment made to any affiliate seller with a valid confirmation order proof of purchase.
In order to better serve our customers, a Cash/Credit/Debit Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales confirmation within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please send remaining product to Noots! Nutrition, LLC, PO Box 270534 San Diego, CA 92198-2534. Once you have sent your package, please email us with your intent to receive a refund. In your email, you should provide us with a tracking number for the returned product. Products returned without a tracking number will be processed for a refund, but we are not responsible for untracked mail that does not make it back to our facilities. Upon receipt of your package, we will issue you a full refund for the product. We do not cover return shipping fees. Thank you for trying RuckPack.
Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID.
Credit Card: Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales confirmation. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and valid sales confirmation must be presented at the store/seller you are returning the products.
Check Refunds: If you paid by check, with a valid sales receipt, we will offer a cash refund ten business days after your purchase.
Debit Card: Debit card refunds will be issued as a cash refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales confirmation. Debit card refunds may also be issued to the original charged account if there is not sufficient cash available.
